On a serious note, sure we can.  I'll always consider you a friend on here, and if we ever met, I'm sure it would carry over to "real life" too.

One of my best friends (who was a co-worker as well) uses both of those terms all the time as well.

stop saying, "at the end of the day" when concluding a statement. I will roll my eyes into the head of the guy sitting next to me if you say that shit again. Or any lame work cliche': raise the bar, put on our thinking caps, etc.

"touch base" - How about; "I'll call you whenever I figure out what the f*ck is going on."

"nah fam" - I will put a live hand grenade in your pants and push you down a stairwell.
