Kind of harsh. I don't think Tenn. will lose to both Vandy and Kentucky and they will beat Auburn.

You are probably right. I just had Auburn beating Tenn on the Auby prediction, can't change it now.

Plus I think Kentucky will be playing for a bowl game and have more to play for and I think Vandy will continue their success.

And I had to disable your sig so I could finish my thought...

.... okay, re-enabled it and now enjoying.

If the offense is even remotely as good as last year they win 6. If their defense is even a little better, like any at all, they could win 7.

That being said I don't think they are going to have the offense of last season. Which is why I have them an L against us at their house.

6-6...

Depending on how much a certain team is Anchored Down that day...... could be 5-7

I voted 6-6 on the upside. Probably more likely 5-7 though. Bare cupboards and such.

Why do y'all say that UT will be bowl eligible this year? They weren't last year and they lost a lot on offense. They lost Bray and their top 4 receivers.

Defense should be much better than last year. They only missed bowl eligibility by one game last year, and I have them going 6-6. I don't think it's a stretch to say they'll improve by one game in their W/L record. They also drop MSU from the West and pick up Auburn instead (at home), a game I think they'll win.

They drop Mississippi State but they also add Auburn. I just don't see them being bowl eligible.

Better D and running the ball will games for UT. UT has 5-6 4* WR on the roster so the talent to replace departed guys with SEC caliber guys is there just not the experience. Better OLine and Dline with a solid LB corp and 2 above average safeties and a new mindset on D will be enough to beat the bottom of our schedule.

4-8. Gonna be great seeing Vandy and Kentucky beat that ass back to back.

4-8. Historical season. First ut team to lose more than 7 games in a season. First one to have 4 consecutive losing seasons.

To never have done either of those is hard to believe, and a tip of the cap to that program for that. But IMO,both fall this year. As for the first(7 games), no other 1A school can say that about themselves. Haven't checked out the second, and don't intend to do so, but I doubt there are any others that have been playing over 100 years that can say that about the 4 straight losing seasons

Home game vs Auburn will be much more winnable than road game vs MSU
